DOWN DIRECT PRODUCTS SHIP FREE TO LOWER 49 STATES IN THE USA FOR ORDERS SUBTOTALING $49.00 AND UP, $7.00 FLAT FEE FOR ORDERS SUBTOTALING LESS THAN $49.00:

• Lead times can be up to 2 weeks during seasonal demand. 
• Non-manufactured items such as sheets, duvet covers and mattress pads ship, on average, within 2 to 4 business days
• If your order includes both manufactured and non-manufactured items then it will ship based on the manufactured time schedule

Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
